Public Records Requests

The records of the Germantown Public Library will remain open as defined in the Ohio Revised Code.  All Public Records requests should be made to the Clerk / Board secretary which by law is the Fiscal Officer.  Public Records can be requested via mail, telephone, email, or any other method that clearly communicates the request to the Clerk.  Please send inquiries to:
